This site offers several opportunities for visitors to register for our PS E-News mailing list on an opt-in basis. These registration forms may include optional questions used to determine which of our mailings may be of interest as well as other contact information (such as name and e-mail address). If granted permission to use the contact information from the mailing list form (or other forms on our web site), we will use this information only to send users about our company and its products and services. Any email we send you through these mailings will include a link to allow you to remove your name from the list.

We do not sell, market, or make available email addresses or contact information of our visitors and customers to other companies.

Some personal information is gathered when you register on our website. During registration, we ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address. We use this information in order to fully satisfy your orders, ship your purchases to you or to your chosen recipient, and to be able to contact you if there are any questions about your order.

Please note that on our web site there is a place where you can transmit credit card information in order to complete a purchase. Any time we ask for a credit card number we transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format. We use industry-standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.

Ordering

To place an order, you can call our store directly or shop with us online on our "Shop Our Store" page.   Items in stock will ship the next business day or delivered the next business (if local delivery).  If an item happens to be out-of-stock, we would be happy to special order it for you.  Special orders will ship upon arrival.  If your special order will take more than two weeks, we will contact you.  Online purchases require a credit (or debit) card.  We accept the following: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Free Gift Wrap & Enclosure Cards

If the item you are ordering is a gift, we would be happy to wrap it for you. Gift wrap is complimentary. We will personalize your enclosure card with a hand-written message to enclosed with the gift.

Sales Tax

Texas sales tax will be included on purchases shipped to Texas addresses.  Orders shipped out of state will not have sales tax collected. 
If the purchase is for a non-profit organization, P.S. The Letter must have a completed exemption certificate in order that the purchase avoid sales tax. This form can be faxed to Attn: Accounting at: 817-377-9238.

Return Policy

The store accepts returns and exchanges with a receipt. To return an item ordered online, ship it to: PS The Letter, 5136 Camp Bowie Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX 76107 indicating your return.  Once received in shipping, we will refund the credit card or PayPal account used at the time the order was placed.  For further questions on complicated returns, please contact Amy or call the store at 817-731-2032.
